What is your exchange/refund policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You can also send an email with the subject "Exchange" to firstname.lastname@example.org. Send a photo of the item and the reason you want an exchange. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All orders are processed within 24 hours to 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There is different options for shipping like express and overnight. We ship internationally (shipping and handling fees applied at checkout.)
Due to COVID-19 there is unforeseen delays that can occur, be patient with us and the shipping companies as we are all trying to get your packages to you safely and in a timely manner.
Do you accept specialized clothing request?
We are always happy to look for specific items that you might be interested in but we can't promise or guarantee that we will bring it to our store. For example, if you have a special event we can advise you of things we have in stock or that will be in stock in the near future.

Who are the owners of the boutique?
Alexandra Lowe + Wanda Garcia
We are a mother + daughter duo who have combined our unique styles together to bring you a variety of styles. We take pride in being size inclusive and providing you the best quality while also remaining authentic to our mission that not every woman was created the same. We are both 5'9, curvier, and of stronger built. It has always been difficult to find clothes that is long enough for us and that compliments our figures. That's why we created Alexandra and Co. Boutique, we don't want to be your usual "girl next door" boutique that only fits one body type. We want to have something for everyone!
Do you have a store front?
At this time, we do not. We have Pop-Up events all over Florida + North Carolina. We are actively working on expanding our remote locations. As of now we are only based online but you will be the FIRST to know if we ever open a store front. Sign up for our newsletter!
